Pumpkin Hunt at Radway Bridge Garden Centre!
This Halloween season, we are thrilled to invite families to our Pumpkin Hunt, a fun-filled adventure that promises to be the highlight of your children’s half-term. From October 25th to 31st, our garden centre will transform into a magical Halloween wonderland, complete with hidden carved pumpkins, exciting quizzes, and plenty of treats for young explorers.
What to Expect
The Pumpkin Hunt is designed to engage children of all ages with an exciting challenge: finding our beautifully carved pumpkins hidden throughout the garden centre. But this is no ordinary scavenger hunt! Armed with a specially designed map and quiz sheet, your little ones will embark on a journey through our lush gardens, following clues that lead them to each hidden pumpkin.
Here’s how it works:

Pick Up Your Map & Quiz: Upon arrival, head to our main entrance where each child will receive a map of the garden centre and a quiz sheet. We’ve created two different quizzes tailored to different age groups:
- Junior Pumpkin Hunt (Ages 3-7): A simpler quiz with visual clues and easy questions to guide younger children.
- Senior Pumpkin Hunt (Ages 8-12): A more challenging quiz with riddles and trivia that older children will enjoy solving.

Follow the Clues: As children navigate through the garden centre, they’ll use the map and quiz to find each of the hidden pumpkins. Each carved pumpkin is unique, and the quizzes are designed to make the search both educational and entertaining.

The Pumpkin Hunt is not only a delightful way to celebrate Halloween but also an excellent opportunity for children to explore the wonders of nature in a safe and welcoming environment. As they roam through the garden centre, children will encounter a variety of plants, trees, and seasonal displays that make the experience both fun and educational.
Parents will enjoy the festive atmosphere as well, with our garden centre decked out in autumnal decor, offering plenty of photo opportunities. And while the kids are busy hunting for pumpkins, you can explore our selection of seasonal plants, decorations, and more.

No prior registration is required, but we recommend arriving early to ensure you have plenty of time to complete the hunt. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
